| Notice of Recall: Invacare |
Please contact Invacare at 877-496-5041 if your product qualifies for the recall.
Invacare is recalling its I-Fit™ Shower Chair, all lot codes of model numbers 9780, 9781, and 9781-1 distributed between 1/1/2011 and 1/18/2012. The affected models will have the molding marks in Figure A and Figure B on the underside of the chair seat. There is a possibility that chair seats may break through the middle, causing the chair to collapse and the user to fall.
If you have any of the affected models, discontinue use immediately, and contact the recall support line at 877-496-5041.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada announced a voluntary recall of
Flushmate® III Pressure-Assist Flushing System
Due to impact and laceration hazards, Flushmate, of New Hudson, MI, is recalling more than 2.3 million of the Flushmate III Pressure-Assist Flushing System that were sold in the United States between October 14, 1997 and February 29, 2008.
Consumers should
1. Turn off the water supply to the unit(s).
2. Stop using the system.
3. Find the serial number of the product (see product view at right)
4. Contact Flushmate at 800-303-5123, Mon-Fri, 8 am-4:30 pm ET. (Alternatively, consumers can visit Flushmate’s website at www.flushmate.com and http://recall.flushmate.com)
5. Request a free repair kit.
While the repair kit is designed for the homeowner, those who would like a licensed plumber to install it can call Godwin Plumbing at 616-243-3131. Regular trip and labor charges will apply. |
