How quickly can you respond?
Our response time varies based on the activity level of the department. Our goal is to determine the level of the emergency and arrange a service call ASAP.
What are your rates?
As of 11/20/15, we charge $55.00 to arrive at a job site plus $20.00 per quarter hour of service. Rates are subject to change.
Is there someone I can talk to for technical advice?
Yes, we have a fully trained staff available to answer your questions. We also have several plumbers working in our corporate office and the Godwin Hardware store that can assist you.
Do you have a referral service?
Yes, a number of customers who trust Godwin for their plumbing, heating, A/C and water treatment needs call us for “who would you use?” recommendations on a host of different construction-related issues.
Do you offer senior citizen discounts or veteran discounts?
We consistently offer coupons discounting services and in-store purchases. Also, check our online specials.
Do you honor competitors’ coupons?
No. We consistently offer coupons discounting our own services and in-store purchases. Also, check our online specials.
Is service available out of your Cascade store?
All services run out of our Godwin Heights store at 3703 Division Avenue.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). A house account can also be established – this typically takes 3-4 days for a credit check. All invoices are due in 30 days.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes – on installation of a new furnace, A/C unit or water softener; plumbing remodels; and miscellaneous projects of significant size.
No – if the call is more of a repair in nature or the parameters of the project are unknown. For example, we cannot give an estimate for “I have water coming through my ceiling” – because we need to perform work in order to discover the cause and nature of the leak.
