Should I repair or replace my equipment?

It depends. We will give you an honest evaluation of your options for both repair and replacement. Some people want us to repair their furnaces or AC units well beyond their normal life expectancy. We’ll give you enough information to make an educated decision on what’s best for your home, your family and your budget.

How do I know what equipment I need?

We offer a complimentary home heat-loss/heat-gain analysis to calculate the equipment your home requires to keep warm in the winter and stay cool in the summer. We don’t guess – we perform a series of industry-proven calculations based on the size of your home, total outdoor wall space, all window sizes, directions your home faces, type of construction, insulation factors and any home improvements that have made your home more efficient, e.g., new windows, doors, insulation. This tells us the exact type and size of system you need for maximum comfort and efficiency. Today’s equipment is far advanced from older systems and it’s very important to get it right!

Can you improve the air quality inside my home?

Is your air making you sick? EPA statistics indicate that indoor air is more polluted than outdoor air in many cases. We have products to clean the air inside your home to hospital surgery-room standards.

What can I expect on the day of service?

We make a courtesy phone call to you on the way to your home. Once we arrive, we get right to work. We do our job, clean up after ourselves and review what was done so you understand it.
